Questions partners usually ask
What kind of partner is Estrellas del Sur?
We act as sending organisation and project partner in Erasmus+ youth exchanges (KA152), training courses (KA153), youth participation activities (KA154) and cooperation partnerships (KA210), as well as in European Solidarity Corps volunteering. We have been active since 2020 and have taken part in more than 100 projects as sending, hosting and coordinating organisation; you can see every one of them on our projects page.
Do you hold a European Solidarity Corps Quality Label?
Yes. We have held the ESC Quality Label since 2023, under OID E10264295, covering the preparation and sending of volunteers from anywhere in Spain. Full details for hosting organisations are on our ESC sending organisation page. Read more about our sending role
How can we verify your identifiers?
Our OID is E10264295 and our PIC is 892239563; both can be checked in the European Commission organisation registers. You can also verify our accreditation directly on our public profile at the European Youth Portal: https://youth.europa.eu/volunteering/organisation/83072.
How fast do you reply?
We usually answer partner enquiries within two working days, with a clear yes or no. Project management is professional end to end: mandates, participant selection, travel documentation and reporting delivered on time.
What do you need from us to sign a mandate?
Four things: the project dates, your OID, the infopack or infosheet of the activity, and a short description of the tasks or programme. With that on the table we can confirm participation and return the signed mandate quickly.
What topics and target groups do you work with?
Our main topics are inclusion and diversity, environment and sustainability, employability, mental health and digital skills. We work with young people aged 13 to 30 from all over Spain, including participants with fewer opportunities.
